Dispatch Policy
Dispatch Policy
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the items shown are available, if we are unable to supply the goods we will notify you as soon as possible upon receipt of your order. You will then be offered a refund or alternative product. You will receive confirmation of your order within a few days. It is the customer�s responsibility to notify us of any errors or changes required within 2 days of receipt of confirmation. We usually begin to manufacture the goods within seven days. If you have ordered a house sign or special product we regret that if the process has already begun we may be unable to make any amendments.
Cancellations & Returns
If the goods are not manufactured to your specifications then you will have the right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. No goods will be accepted for return without prior arrangement. Please contact us beforehand in either writing or by e-mail, telling us that you are returning the goods, stating your reasons. Returns are made at the customer�s expenses although we may waive this responsibility in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to implement an administration charge for orders cancelled by the customer at any time prior to manufacture of order
Product Guarantees
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer�s Guarantee for a period of 12 months. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order, we recommend that you print a copy for future reference. Terms and conditions may from time to time be changed without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders.
Description of goods
All of our signs are made to the highest standards using Lakeland Slate, edge effects are all individual styles and may vary from the samples shown. Any markings in the slate are natural, this is not unusual but unique. All signs are engraved not printed. All sizes quoted are approximate. It is the customer�s responsibility to advise us of any minimum/maximum dimensions a the time of order.
Payment and pricing
Unless otherwise stated all goods must be paid for in full before being dispatched from us. All prices are GB Pounds Sterling. All prices shown include Packaging and VAT to all destinations within mainland UK. Deliveries to Non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of goods. You will be liable for these duties. Payment is by cheque or credit card. If you are paying by cheque please make payable to �Stonecraft Design�.
Delivery
Please allow 7 days for delivery, if we are unable to deliver during this period then you will be notified via email or telephone as to when your delivery will be expected. We offer no guarantee of being able to deliver within 7 days. We will not refund of replace goods that are delayed in transit due to any reason including industrial action by third parties. Free and Charged delivery refers to an order being sent to a given address only once.
Confidentiality
All payments taken via our website use as a secure server. Our payments are taken securely by �Secure Trading�. All confidential information is held securely and used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Customers details are not passed to any third party, but we reserve the right to pass on contact telephone numbers to our delivery company in order to deliver, unless specifically requested not to do so.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of this site.

The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
Reservation of Title
The risk of goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but title in the goods remain vested in us and shall not only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
